PR and Communications Lead
<p><strong>Job Description: Communications and PR Lead</strong></p><p>Join our client’s team as a Communications and PR Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s voice, managing public perception, and driving impactful communication strategies. This role requires close collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive messaging that resonates with employees, clients, media, and the broader community—strengthening the brand’s reputation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Communications</strong></p><ul><li>Design and execute comprehensive communication and PR strategies to elevate brand recognition.</li><li>Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Media Relations</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key influencers.</li><li>Draft, distribute, and pitch press releases and media materials to secure positive media coverage.</li></ul><p><strong>Internal Communications</strong></p><ul><li>Create engaging internal materials such as newsletters, announcements, and updates to foster employee engagement and alignment.</li><li>Partner with HR and leadership to communicate organizational initiatives and changes effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>External Communications</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the development of marketing, social media, and corporate communications materials, ensuring brand consistency.</li><li>Respond to public inquiries and manage crisis communications to protect the organization’s reputation.</li></ul><p><strong>Content Development</strong></p><ul><li>Produce compelling speeches, articles, blog posts, and presentations for executives and leadership.</li><li>Ensure all messaging and content adheres to brand guidelines in both tone and visual identity.</li></ul><p><strong>Measurement & Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Track and report the impact of communication and PR initiatives using key performance metrics.</li></ul><p>Analyze results to continually optimize strategies for maximum reach and effectiveness</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or media relations; leadership experience is preferred.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with great attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in communication tools, software, and analytics platforms (such as PR databases and social media tools).</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media representatives.</li><li>Experience in crisis communication or issue management is highly desirable.</li></ul><p>If you are a strategic storyteller and a champion for building strong brands and authentic connections, we encourage you to apply and help shape the organization’s narrative.</p><p> </p>
