We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing and supporting enterprise IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service. This hybrid role requires occasional travel to office locations and direct support for end users. Responsibilities: • Provide advanced support and administration for Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange environments. • Manage and maintain Active Directory, including creating and managing accounts, groups, and organizational units. • Oversee and support Citrix Workspace and desktop environments to ensure reliable performance. • Utilize Azure and Intune to manage and secure IT infrastructure effectively. • Offer support for SharePoint Online, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction. • Assist with video conferencing tools and provide troubleshooting support as needed. • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with end users. • Collaborate with teams to provide hybrid on-site and remote support for office locations. • Travel occasionally to company offices without dedicated support staff to resolve IT issues. • Ensure smooth integration and use of Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 applications.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and systems administration. • Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange. • Proficient in Active Directory management, including accounts, groups, and organizational units. • Hands-on experience with Citrix Workspace and desktop environments. • Solid knowledge of Azure and Intune for IT infrastructure management. • Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer support. • Ability to travel occasionally to office locations and work in a hybrid environment.
