Job Description: SAP Ariba –Training– Procurement SpecialistPosition Overview Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Ariba – Training – Procurement Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful implementation of SAP Ariba for procurement processes. This position involves support for training initiatives, and alignment with organizational readiness for go-live. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a strong understanding of procurement workflows, and a background in training users across diverse functional areas. This is a flexible hybrid working arrangement, for a 8–12-month duration.Key Responsibilities· Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop tailored training materials for diverse user groups (e.g., administrative staff, nurses, and stakeholders across 600 departments).· Deliver dynamic training formats, including face-to-face workshops, online learning sessions, user manuals, team visuals, and other forms of interactive content.· Effectively train 400+ end-users in classroom sessions, utilizing computer labs and workstations.· Ensure all users are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate the SAP Ariba system post-implementation.· Conduct readiness assessments to identify gaps and provide targeted solutions to address them.· Support the deployment phase by assisting users during the transition to the new procurement platform.

Key Competencies & Skills· Strong knowledge and experience in SAP Ariba solutions, particularly in procurement workflows.· Familiarity with other SAP-related tools, such as Fiori applications, to support end-to-end integration and usability.· In-depth understanding of procurement functions, including requisitions, vendor management, and approvals in large-scale organizations.· Ability to identify and resolve procurement-specific challenges during implementation.· Proven track record in designing and delivering user training programs for enterprise systems, tailored to various user groups and organizational roles.· Strong presentation and communication skills to engage users in both onsite and remote environments.· Adept at testing methodologies for large-scale ERP implementations and utilizing tools for test management and defect tracking.· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail when identifying and addressing issues.· Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including OCM leads, IT staff, consultants, and end-users, to drive project success.· Skilled in managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables in a complex, multi-departmental setting. Top Qualifications<ul><li>Proven expertise in training with large ERP systems, particularly in procurement settings.</li><li>Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle and related business processes.</li></ul>Preferred Experience· Previous involvement in SAP implementation projects, especially transitions from SAP E-Recruitment (E-Rec) to Ariba.· Experience designing training materials for healthcare or similarly complex organizational environments.· Familiarity with utilizing Fiori applications to enhance user experience.
