This contract position requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage payables for multiple divisions efficiently. Responsibilities: • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner for multiple divisions. • Perform check runs and ensure payments are issued according to company policies. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records. • Enter data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail. • Utilize Sage 300 software for processing and managing accounts payable tasks. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial documentation is complete and accurate. • Monitor and maintain accounts payable files and records. • Prepare reports and summaries related to payables as required. • Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable operations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. • Proficiency in Sage 300 software is essential. • Strong skills in account reconciliation and invoice processing. • Familiarity with check runs and month-end activities. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
