Workplace Experience Coordinator
We are looking for a personable and organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily office operations. This contract position is fully onsite and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, detail-focused experience for employees, guests, and visitors. The successful candidate will bring a service-focused approach, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage front-of-house responsibilities while assisting with workplace and event-related tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of the office.<br>• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and provide guidance to individuals arriving onsite.<br>• Oversee a shared inbox and respond to workplace-related inquiries in a timely and detail-focused manner.<br>• Assist with meeting room readiness by arranging spaces, adjusting furniture, and helping maintain an orderly environment.<br>• Support day-to-day office operations, including filing, scanning, and light administrative coordination.<br>• Contribute to general workplace upkeep to help maintain a clean, organized, and functional office setting.<br>• Provide assistance with office events and special projects, including logistics for company gatherings and internal activities.<br>• Offer onsite support across the workplace team by handling ad hoc requests and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, hotel services, or a similar customer-facing environment.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a friendly and detail-oriented experience for visitors and staff.<br>• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.<br>• Experience with administrative support duties such as inbox management, filing, and document scanning.<br>• Comfortable working in a fully onsite role and providing hands-on support throughout the office.<br>• Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to assisting with workplace needs.<br>• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and contribute to event support and workplace projects as needed.
