<p>We’re looking for a <strong>BI Developer (Tableau)</strong> to build and scale sales and revenue reporting. You’ll create dashboards focused on <strong>forecasting, pipeline coverage, and sales performance</strong>, leveraging Salesforce data that flows into a centralized data warehouse.</p><p><br></p><p>This role partners closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making. This is a 9-month contract with potential to extend and will work hybrid on-site 3-days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain <strong>Tableau dashboards</strong> for forecasting, pipeline, and revenue analytics</li><li>Develop reporting for <strong>individual reps and team performance</strong></li><li>Translate business needs into <strong>intuitive, scalable dashboards</strong></li><li>Work with <strong>Salesforce data (Accounts, Opportunities, etc.)</strong> in the data warehouse</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance</li><li>Collaborate with RevOps and Data teams to enhance reporting</li></ul>

<p><strong>Mandatory Expereience</strong></p><ul><li>3–5+ years of <strong>Tableau development experience</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Salesforce CRM data</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>sales/pipeline reporting</strong></li><li>Proficiency in <strong>SQL and data warehouses</strong></li><li>Strong communication and data storytelling skills</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>RevOps/Sales Ops teams</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery</strong></li><li>Tableau certification</li></ul>
