<p>We are looking for a <strong>Software Engineer (.NET) </strong>to join a collaborative development team in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on building and enhancing backend applications, contributing to high-quality software delivery, and working closely with cross-functional partners in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate brings strong programming expertise, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering reliable, scalable solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>• Design, build, and maintain .NET-based software components that support business and technical objectives.</p><p>• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective application features and backend services.</p><p>• Investigate defects, resolve technical issues, and improve overall application stability through timely troubleshooting and bug resolution.</p><p>• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide development updates, and contribute to iterative planning and delivery activities.</p><p>• Develop and optimize integrations, APIs, and supporting services to ensure dependable system performance and maintainability.</p><p>• Contribute to testing strategies, including experimentation and validation approaches such as A/B testing where appropriate.</p><p>• Use tools such as Jira to track work, manage development tasks, and maintain clear documentation of progress.</p><p>• Support ongoing enhancements to existing platforms and contribute to technical improvements as systems and processes evolve.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications ...</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET technologies.</li><li>Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.</li><li>Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have ... </strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to Java and Spring Framework development.</li><li>Experience with AWS</li></ul>
