Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities. If you have a passion for customer service and administrative excellence, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.<br>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently.<br>• Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with team members to maintain accuracy.<br>• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring records are updated and maintained with precision.<br>• Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to important documents.<br>• Provide concierge services, including addressing client needs and offering tailored assistance.<br>• Monitor and manage email correspondence through Microsoft Outlook, responding in a timely manner.<br>• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel as required.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly.<br>• Handle additional front desk tasks as needed to support the team.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Experience using a multi-line phone system to handle high call volumes.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
