In this role, you will handle large datasets, create comprehensive reports, and contribute to financial reconciliations. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that support decision-making processes. • Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure their accuracy and timeliness. • Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheets, bank accounts, and credit card statements. • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to perform calculations, manage data, and create advanced formulas. • Support ad hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations based on findings. • Assist in documenting processes and maintaining compliance-related documentation. • Learn and work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance reporting and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. • Handle financial audits and compliance assessments as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data management. • Ability to work with large datasets and produce accurate reports. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with account reconciliation processes, including balance sheets and bank statements. • Willingness to learn new tools and systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
