Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA highly preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, with a track record of success in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data and its implications on broader business goals.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.</li></ul>
