<p><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>CPA designation or late stages of the program.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.</li><li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>5+ years of experience in an Accounting capacity in the manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong understandng of end-to-end business processes within a manufacturing company.</li><li>Demonstrated excellence as a strong Finance Business Unit Partner.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams.</li><li>Strong leadership capabilities with experience building, coaching, or developing employees.</li><li>Knowledge of external audit processes and demonstrated success managing them.</li></ul><p><br></p>
