<p>We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a contract opportunity focused on shaping and advancing the organization&#39;s long-term technology strategy. This role will play a key part in defining enterprise architecture standards, cloud adoption strategies, technology roadmaps, and modernization initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to ensure solutions align with architectural principles, governance frameworks, and future-state technology objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise technology architecture across cloud, infrastructure, platforms, integration, and core technology domains.</p><p>• Develop and maintain architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and technology roadmaps.</p><p>• Provide architectural oversight and governance for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.</p><p>• Lead and participate in architecture review boards, governance forums, and technology planning discussions.</p><p>• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and architectural fit.</p><p>• Guide cloud strategy and adoption initiatives, including cloud platforms, hybrid environments, landing zones, and enterprise cloud patterns.</p><p>• Partner with business, security, data, engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to support well-architected technology solutions.</p><p>• Assess solution architectures and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and long-term technology direction.</p><p>• Support strategic planning, investment decisions, and major transformation initiatives by identifying architectural risks, impacts, and opportunities.</p><p>• Mentor architects and technical teams while promoting architecture best practices across the organization.</p>

<p>• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or senior technical leadership roles.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience working across both Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture functions.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.</p><p>• Experience developing architecture standards, governance frameworks, technology principles, and enterprise roadmaps.</p><p>• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, modern infrastructure, integration patterns, and enterprise technology ecosystems.</p><p>• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.</p><p>• Experience evaluating technology solutions and providing strategic architectural guidance for large-scale initiatives.</p><p>• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.</p><p>• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.</p><p>• TOGAF or other architecture certifications are considered an asset.</p>
