This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on CPA who wants to take ownership of the finance function, lead a team, and play a key role in supporting the company&#39;s continued growth and operational success across Canada and the US.</p><p><br></p><p>This highly visible leadership position offers significant onsite collaboration with senior leadership and business partners. <ul><li>CPA designation required.</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.</li><li>Strong experience with financial reporting, consolidations, month-end close, budgeting support, and internal controls.</li><li>Experience in multi-entity environments preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to improve processes, enhance reporting, and lead finance transformation initiatives.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and Power BI considered an asset.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering capabilities.</li><li>Experience working in a private-equity owned organization is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p>
