We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:• Accurately input vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase orders into NetSuite, ensuring precision and timeliness.• Collaborate with the finance team to manage accruals and assist in month-end closing activities.• Provide support for various administrative tasks as required by the finance team.• Assist with processing invoices monthly, ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies.• Monitor and address accounts payable discrepancies.• Support accounting tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency with NetSuite and strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle high-volume invoice processing. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for vendor and team interactions.
