With progressive leadership and a commitment to collaboration, they are expanding the Finance Team and are hiring for a Controller.<strong> This role is 100% onsite in St Catharines. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>As the Controller, you will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and play a vital role in optimizing the organization's business efficiency and supporting strategic objectives. <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.</li><li>CPA is required.</li><li>Minimum 3 years in progressive roles specializing in Month-end Close, Financial Reporting and Financial Planning/Analysis</li><li>Preference is for candidates with experience in Ontario healthcare and Ministry funding regulations and reporting.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Familiarity with Great Plains, Point Click Care, and payroll systems is an asset.</li><li>Experience in data analysis, executive-level reporting, and business automation tools. </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.</li><li>Expertise in identifying performance drivers and producing actionable insights from data analysis.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>
