We’re on the lookout for a Plant Controller to join our clients team and play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and performance. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll be a key partner for the plant management team and General Manager, ensuring smooth financial operations from budgeting to cost accounting. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with plant leadership and contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and strategy development.</li><li>Budgeting & Reporting: Oversee annual budgets, profit/loss reviews, and financial statements </li><li>Accounting Operations: Handle general accounting, month-end close, tax compliance, and ERP systems.</li><li>Cost Management: Ensure accurate cost accounting, bills of materials, production business cases and inventory analysis.</li><li>Performance Improvement: Advise on financial analysis, capital investments, and cost reduction initiatives.</li></ul>

What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business.</li><li>Tech Savvy: Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel</li><li>Essential Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management. A hands-on approach to problem-solving is a must.</li><li>Certifications: CPA or MBA preferred</li></ul>
