You&#39;ll be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, helping drive operational decisions, improve profitability, and support the continued growth of a thriving manufacturing business.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an opportunity to work alongside an approachable, collaborative leadership team where your ideas are welcomed, your expertise is valued, and your impact will be visible across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You will Be Doing</strong></p><p>As our Controller, you&#39;ll lead the finance function while partnering closely with operations, production, and executive leadership. Your days will include:</p><p>• Leading the full-cycle accounting function including month-end, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger</p><p>• Delivering timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that help leadership make informed decisions</p><p>• Becoming the financial expert behind our manufacturing operations by overseeing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis</p><p>• Working alongside plant leadership to understand production performance, margins, inventory levels, and opportunities for continuous improvement</p><p>• Strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy</p><p>• Coordinating annual audits while building strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners</p><p>• Leading ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects that make everyone&#39;s jobs easier</p><p>• Coaching and mentoring the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture</p><p>• Providing meaningful financial insights that help shape strategic business decisions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><p>You&#39;re someone who enjoys balancing technical accounting with business partnership and operational thinking.</p><p><br></p>
<p><strong>You&#39;ll likely have:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline</p><p>• CPA designation (or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred)</p><p>• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility</p><p>• Manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing</p><p>• Experience preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts</p><p>• ERP experience within a manufacturing environment</p><p>• Advanced Excel skills and a natural curiosity for analyzing data</p><p>• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across finance, operations, and executive leadership</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p><p>• Multi-site manufacturing experience</p><p>• Experience leading ERP implementations or system upgrades</p><p>• Continuous improvement or process optimization experience</p><p>• KPI development and operational reporting expertise</p><p>• Experience managing external audits and regulatory compliance</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why You Will Love Working Here</strong></p><p>We believe finance should have a seat at the table.</p><p><br></p><p>You will join a collaborative leadership team that values fresh ideas, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
