Administrative Assistant
<p>Our client is seeking for a dedicated <strong>Administrative Assistant </strong>to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position provides day-to-day administrative and invoice support in a busy, service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to work accurately under pressure while managing front desk, document, and payment-related tasks. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process incoming invoices via shared mailboxes, maintain records in SharePoint, and route for approval.</li><li>Maintain accurate payment and reconciliation records for program expenses.</li><li>Organize invoices and correspondence to support tracking and timely follow-up.</li><li>Manage reception duties, including visitor check-in and office access.</li><li>Respond to phone and email inquiries and direct requests appropriately.</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document coordination.</li><li>Assist with office supply orders and approved program-related purchases.</li><li>Support colleagues in maintaining accurate and accessible client documentation.</li></ul>
