<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented<strong> Data Analyst-Scheduling</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports accurate and timely payroll administration, data management, reporting, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and verify accurate employee, payroll, and financial records, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.</li><li>Reconcile payroll and transaction data, investigate discrepancies, and support the resolution of variances and exceptions.</li><li>Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analysis to support payroll, financial, and operational activities.</li><li>Maintain system records and master data, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve data issues, inquiries, and payroll-related discrepancies.</li><li>Support month-end and payroll processing activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.</li><li>Assist with documentation, system testing, process improvements, and implementation of new payroll-related processes.</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, strengthen processes, and support cost-control initiatives.</li><li>Ensure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with established procedures and requirements.</li></ul>
