Sr. Executive Assistant
<p>Our client is seeking a proactive <strong>Sr. Executive Assistant</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports senior leadership through high-level executive administration, board coordination, meeting support, and office management. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional with exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide proactive administrative and executive support to senior leaders.</li><li>Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel, meetings, and logistics.</li><li>Coordinate Board and committee meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.</li><li>Prepare briefing materials, reports, correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.</li><li>Maintain Board calendars and coordinate timely distribution of meeting materials.</li><li>Serve as a professional liaison among senior leadership, Board members, staff, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage incoming correspondence, inquiries, records, office operations, and administrative priorities.</li><li>Conduct research and coordinate special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.</li></ul>
