Administrative Assistant
<p>Our client is looking for a dedicated <strong>Administrative Assistant</strong> to join their team in Okotoks, Alberta. This role supports day-to-day administrative operations, records, reporting, and communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain records, files, and data systems to support accurate reporting and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and submit routine documentation, reports, and administrative materials.</li><li>Provide Corporate Services support through data entry, document preparation, verification, and coordination.</li><li>Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and departmental logistics.</li><li>Maintain Corporate Services web content for accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Coordinate daily office operations, including reception, correspondence, filing, and supplies.</li><li>Support transportation administration and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Assist leadership with special projects while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and strong service standards.</li></ul>
