Our materiality approach utilizes findings from our inaugural formal materiality assessment, conducted in 2022, and focuses on topics that are most likely to impact Robert Half’s success and those of the greatest importance to our stakeholders. Topics related to human capital management, including diversity, equity and inclusion, data protection, and ethics emerged as top priorities and are considered critical to our approach to business integrity and innovation. Our ESG team develops and deploys our ESG program, with guidance and oversight from senior leadership and the board of directors. Reporting to the chief ESG and DEI officer, the team is responsible for the day-to-day assessment, management and monitoring of our risks and opportunities, with the goal of driving long-term growth and value creation for our stakeholders. The chief ESG and DEI officer reports directly to our CEO who, along with other members of our senior leadership team, reviews and advises on the execution of the ESG program.
