This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to organizational success through strategic analysis and problem-solving.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.<br>• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, user requirements, and system specifications.<br>• Lead and support the implementation of manufacturing systems, including Cloud Suite Industrial/Syteline.<br>• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and optimize system performance.<br>• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.<br>• Provide training and coaching to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.<br>• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support strategic decision-making.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.<br>• Travel regionally and nationally as needed, approximately 15-20%, to support project requirements.
