Maintain, configure, and update InfoSec systems to meet demanding security, reliability, and performance goals. Monitor and analyze system capacity and performance, identifying needs for upgrades and expansions. Assist in creating and managing budgets and business plans for the InfoSec area. Resolve complex InfoSec infrastructure problems at all levels, document root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Document and diagram current security architecture and future expansion plans through thorough analysis. Mentor and foster detail oriented growth among IT and SecOps staff, building a cohesive and high-performing team. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal business units to facilitate rapid issue resolution and project delivery.
