  • <p>We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-quality, event-focused visual materials that elevate the in-venue experience across games, league programs, and special events in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position will produce high-quality signage and supporting creative that can be adapted across multiple venues while meeting brand, partner, and technical standards. The ideal candidate brings strong design judgment, production accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-moving collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop original signage concepts and event-related visual assets for live game environments, postseason activations, and other high-visibility programs.</p><p>• Build flexible design frameworks, reusable templates, and creative toolkits that support consistent execution across a range of venues and event types.</p><p>• Prepare and adapt artwork in multiple sizes, formats, and venue-specific versions while aligning with technical production requirements.</p><p>• Review deliverables carefully to confirm visual accuracy, file readiness, brand consistency, and compliance with partner guidelines before release.</p><p>• Coordinate with project leads, internal creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving from concept through final production.</p><p>• Support on-site or live-event creative needs, including testing, implementation, and timely updates when event requirements change.</p><p>• Translate business and audience goals into compelling visual solutions that balance creativity with operational practicality.</p><p>• Manage several concurrent assignments effectively while maintaining quality and meeting tight production timelines.</p><p><br></p><p>02720-0013499156</p><p><br></p>
