- <p>• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance.</p><p>• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent requirements.</p><p>• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.</p><p>• Recruit for positions including project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership.</p><p>• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.</p><p>• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback.</p><p>• Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for leadership review.</p><p>• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.</p><p>• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within JazzHR and other recruiting systems.</p><p>• Support offer generation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.</p><p>• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</p><p>• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and search progress.</p>
