- <p>We are seeking a <strong>Bilingual Craft Recruiter</strong> to support rapid growth across our commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding skilled craft labor (e.g., electricians, carpenters, concrete workers, HVAC technicians) while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.</p><p>This position plays a critical role in keeping projects staffed, timelines on track, and field teams operating at full capacity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume craft roles across multiple job sites</li><li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled trades through community outreach, referrals, job boards, and partnerships</li><li>Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) interviews, screenings, and onboarding coordination</li><li>Partner closely with project managers and field leadership to understand workforce needs and timelines</li><li>Track recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring metrics within SuccessFactors</li><li>Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and workforce initiatives targeting skilled labor markets</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and company hiring practices</li><li>Improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire through data-driven recruiting strategies</li></ul><p><br></p>
