This is a hands-on strategic HR role for someone who thrives in a visible, people-focused environment and can build strong partnerships across the business.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee relations and workplace investigations, along with the ability to balance day-to-day HR support with broader business initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the organization</p><p>Lead and manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations</p><p>Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices</p><p>Support organizational initiatives and HR-related project management</p><p>Partner with leadership to drive strategic HR priorities while remaining hands-on in daily operations</p><p>Help foster a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture</p><p>Travel to the Rosenberg location once per week</p>
