You will play a key role in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting various financial tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process vendor invoices and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before timely payments are made.</p><p>• Accurately review, code, and enter invoices and employee expense reports into the accounting system.</p><p>• Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.</p><p>• Generate accounts receivable invoices, record incoming payments, and assist with collection efforts for overdue accounts.</p><p>• Keep financial records well-organized and maintain a system that guarantees accuracy.</p><p>• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial data consistency.</p><p>• Input financial transactions into the system with precision and verify the correctness of entries.</p><p>• Assist in preparing financial reports and contribute to month-end closing procedures.</p><p>• Address inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal staff regarding billing and payment matters.</p><p>• Provide support with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.</p>
