Daily duties include reviewing and matching invoices and check requests, verifying vendor codes, invoice numbers, and dates, and ensuring all required approvals are in place. You’ll process and prepare accounts payable checks, coordinate with internal teams for payment releases, and ensure all checks are matched and mailed correctly.
