Being a part of our construction contractor industry, you'll play a crucial role in handling the full cycle of accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Execute account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.<br>• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of financial records.<br>• Manage and update the general ledger regularly.<br>• Prepare journal entries and ensure they are accurately recorded in the financial system.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.<br>• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured.<br>• Operate property management software such as Yardi and MRI for efficient accounting processes.<br>• Handle Cam Reconciliation to ensure accurate allocation of common area maintenance costs.
