The Financial Analyst will be based out of the corporate HQ in Tysons Corner.</p><p><br></p><p>Core Responsibilities include:</p><p><br></p><p>Project Cost Control</p><p>Collaborate with project management team to create accurate budgets and manpower forecast for multi-year construction projects.</p><p>Monitor and control indirect costs by performing budget to actual variance analysis weekly, identifying and eliminating root cause for variances.</p><p>Establish accurate cash flow forecast to ensure the project is cash positive for the duration.</p><p>Ensure accurate and timely complex multi-million-dollar billing submission on monthly basis.</p><p><br></p><p>Project Procurement Planning</p><p>Lead procurement planning effort for the project.
