- We are looking for an HPC Systems Administrator to support and maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing computing environment in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on managing core Microsoft infrastructure, end-user systems, and platform technologies that enable daily business operations. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with server administration, directory services, virtualization and access tools, and hardware support, along with a proactive approach to system reliability and user service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer and support Windows-based server environments to ensure consistent performance, availability, and security across the organization.<br>• Manage Active Directory services, including user provisioning, group policy administration, access controls, and directory maintenance.<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10 endpoint systems, resolving technical issues and improving the end-user computing experience.<br>• Configure, monitor, and support Dell infrastructure components, including hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance.<br>• Oversee Citrix platforms and related remote access solutions to provide dependable application and desktop delivery.<br>• Assist with cloud-connected infrastructure and operational tasks involving AWS services where needed.<br>• Perform system patching, updates, backups, and routine health checks to reduce downtime and strengthen platform stability.<br>• Document configurations, support procedures, and technical changes while collaborating with internal teams to address operational needs.
