This contract position will span 1-2 months, with a hybrid work schedule available.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process incoming invoices with accuracy and ensure timely coding and entry into the accounts payable system.</p><p>• Manage expense reimbursements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.</p><p>• Perform vendor payment processing, including check runs and electronic transfers.</p><p>• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare expense reports and reconcile accounts.</p><p>• Maintain meticulous records of all accounts payable transactions for auditing purposes.</p><p>• Assist in preparing for company-wide events, such as conferences and meetings, by managing related expense tracking.</p><p>• Utilize Sage Intacct and Concur systems to streamline accounts payable operations.</p><p>• Respond to inquiries from vendors and staff regarding payment statuses.</p><p>• Support the finance team in ensuring all deadlines are met for critical financial activities.</p><p>• Review and verify the accuracy of financial data entered into systems.</p>
