Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and GAAP.</p><p>2. Oversee accounts reconciliation, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.</p><p>3. Analysis and interpretation of fund performance data.</p><p>4. Liaise with auditors, administer audit process and review draft financial statements and audit findings.</p><p>5. Monitor cash and capital transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and transfers.</p><p>6. Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and procedures.</p><p>7. Monitor and manage operational risk within the accounting process.</p><p><br></p>
