This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for owning the monthly close, ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and serving as a trusted partner to finance leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><p>· Oversee core accounting functions including financial reporting, controls, banking, tax coordination, and audit support</p><p>· Manage the monthly close process for all entities, ensuring timely and accurate P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements</p><p>· Prepare, review, and approve journal entries (accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany allocations) with strong audit trails</p><p>· Oversee accounts payable workflows & accounts receivable processes</p><p>· Review and maintain monthly reconciliations for all bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts</p><p>· Ensure adherence to internal controls across cash handling, purchasing, and expense approvals; recommend and implement process improvements</p><p>· Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and documentation</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration please email Ronny.Cohen@roberthalf.</p>
