Office Coordinator<p>We are offering a four-month contract employment opportunity for an Office Coordinator/Marketing Assistant in Tigard, Oregon. This role is primarily involved in the administrative support sector and will be based in the office. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, managing customer relations, and assisting with marketing and design projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to offer comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and data entry tasks.</p><p>• Undertake research tasks, including the investigation of property ownership, contact information, and zoning information.</p><p>• Accurately enter data, including leases, into our CRM (Salesforce) program to ensure all information is up to date and accessible.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer/Print Production Coordinator on various projects and daily tasks, utilizing InDesign Adobe Creative Suites for the creation and editing of marketing materials.</p><p>• Operate a cloud-based multi-line telephone, efficiently routing incoming phone calls and providing a warm welcome to clients and guests.</p><p>• Assist in the management and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.</p><p>• Undertake receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and providing administrative assistance as required.</p><p>• Proactively tackle daily tasks, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p>
