If you have a strong background in processing invoices, coding transactions, and reconciling accounts, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process a high volume of invoices, handling up to 200 invoices weekly</p><p>• Manage procure-to-pay workflows, ensuring all necessary requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts are properly aligned.</p><p>• Create and issue vouchers, exporting data for further processing.</p><p>• Perform general ledger coding </p><p>• Reconcile accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy, addressing discrepancies as needed.</p><p>• Maintain and utilize the chart of accounts, ensuring consistency across general ledger accounts</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to confirm all required documentation is complete and address any missing information promptly.</p><p>• Support check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of payment processes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards throughout the accounts payable process.</p>
