  • <p>We are looking for an experienced VP of HR to join our team in the mid-Wilshire area. This contract role needs to start 12/15 and will last at least two to three months with the possibility of going full time. In this role, you will lead key human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry regulations. Roughly 130 employees in multiple states. </p><p>• Administer comprehensive benefits programs, including 403B plans, ensuring employees understand and utilize available options.</p><p>• Lead initiatives related to compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.</p><p>• Ensure full compliance with HR policies, regulations, and legal standards across the organization.</p><p>• Utilize Paylocity to effectively manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems.</p><p>• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and support growth.</p><p>• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, recommending improvements when necessary.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR activities and employee information.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.</p>
