  • <p>We are looking for a Commercial Lending Specialist to support commercial lending operations for a loan archiving and digitization project in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract position within the Financial Services industry, focused on maintaining accurate loan administration, coordinating quality and accuracy of loan inputs, and helping ensure portfolio activity aligns with internal controls and credit agreement terms. The role contributes across the life cycle of commercial loans, from initial setup through ongoing servicing, while partnering with internal teams and external lending participants in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage loan compliance and digitization for commercial loans, including revolving facilities, term debt, and other structured lending arrangements.</p><p>• Set up new loan deals in internal platforms by entering and validating borrower, facility, and lender information to support accurate onboarding.</p><p>• Update and monitor portfolio records such as commitments, participant allocations, payment activity, accrual-related details, and fee components.</p><p>• Review incoming borrower deliverables and track required notices, certificates, and reporting obligations defined in loan documentation.</p><p>• Work closely with credit, treasury, operations, legal contacts, borrowers, and participating institutions to ensure proper loan set up in the new lending platform.</p><p>• Organize and index loan files within digital records systems, ensuring executed agreements, amendments, and related documents are complete and easy to retrieve.</p><p>• Support reconciliations, audit requests, and recurring portfolio reporting by verifying data consistency across servicing records and internal systems.</p><p>• Provide broader operational assistance for special projects and additional loan servicing needs as business priorities evolve.</p>
