Bring fresh ideas and help shape the team's future success.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close, preparing journal entries and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Own complex balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and intercompany activity.</p><p>• Analyze product profitability, gross margins, cost of goods sold and operating expenses; explain trends and recommend actions.</p><p>• Evaluate cost variances and operational changes to identify risks and opportunities for improved performance.</p><p>• Prepare budget-to-actual analysis and clear commentary for finance partners and leadership.</p><p>• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales teams to strengthen reporting and cost management.</p><p>• Prepare audit schedules and documentation, and support sound internal controls and GAAP compliance.</p><p>• Improve accounting processes, reporting and automation; contribute to ERP enhancements and special projects.</p><p>For immediate and confidential consideration please call Jeff Sokolowski directly at (248)365-6131 or apply directly today. </p>
