This role is crucial in our team as it involves handling multi-state tax accounting tasks and corporate tax accounting. The successful candidate will be expected to be proficient in various accounting functions and auditing, and possess excellent customer service skills. <br><br>Responsibilities: <br>• Processing tax forms – 1120, which involves basic corporate tax accounting.<br>• Handling multi-state tax accounting, including corporate income tax.<br>• Applying fluency in Japanese (preferred, not required) in performing tasks.<br>• Utilizing a variety of software tools such as CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, Gosystem, Management System, and Microsoft Excel in daily operations.<br>• Managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations.<br>• Conducting auditing tasks as required.<br>• Handling cash activity and resolving any discrepancies.<br>• Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.<br>• Preparing and filing multi-state tax returns.<br>• Dealing with all aspects of corporate tax return and corporate income tax.
