ResponsibilitiesNetwork Engineering<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure</li><li>Support network availability, performance, redundancy, and security initiatives</li><li>Manage network hardware lifecycle, upgrades, and deployments</li><li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues</li><li>Implement security controls and assist with cybersecurity best practices</li><li>Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical standards</li><li>Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents</li><li>Participate in network modernization and continuous improvement efforts</li></ul>Technical Support<ul><li>Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users across multiple locations</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues</li><li>Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system</li><li>Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution</li><li>Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users</li><li>Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge-base articles</li><li>Identify opportunities to reduce recurring support issues through process improvement</li></ul>
