As part of a this contract position, you will manage workflows, provide participant support, and ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and schedule participant-facing communications, including announcements, reminders, and resource updates.</p><p>• Maintain and segment distribution lists while ensuring messaging aligns with brand guidelines.</p><p>• Set up and manage registration forms for webinars and learning programs, tracking attendance and engagement trends.</p><p>• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, maintaining an organized email inbox.</p><p>• Coordinate logistics for live learning events and technology adoption milestones.</p><p>• Edit short-form videos with basic cuts, captions, transitions, and branded templates.</p><p>• Manage a centralized library of livestream recordings, ensuring timely uploads with accurate metadata.</p><p>• Develop workflows and automation to reduce repetitive inquiries and improve operational efficiency.</p><p>• Maintain learning schedules, calendars, and program documentation while supporting digital asset management.</p>
