<p>Position Summary</p><p>The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for product ownership and technical program management across multiple software, AI, and data platform initiatives. This role owns day-to-day product operations, backlog management, milestone tracking, vendor and contractor coordination, user acceptance testing, data initiative oversight, agreement management, and executive reporting.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate brings experience managing technical products and programs in environments involving data platforms, cloud technologies, AI/ML initiatives, research programs, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.</p><p><br></p><p>A significant aspect of the role involves managing relationships with external stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to represent the organization in partner-facing engagements.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Own and manage product backlogs, milestones, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Coordinate Agile development efforts, UAT, and release planning.</li><li>Track technical initiatives involving data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.</li><li>Manage vendor, contractor, and agreement lifecycles, including SOWs and compliance tracking.</li><li>Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and program documentation.</li><li>Serve as a primary liaison for external partners, stakeholders, and working groups.</li><li>Identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues when needed.</li></ul>
