<p>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. This position is within the manufacturing industry and requires a proactive approach to supply chain coordination and logistics.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Generate and manage production orders, including customer acknowledgments.</p><p>• Plan and schedule orders efficiently while handling change orders in alignment with system protocols.</p><p>• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate customer production trials and communicate priorities to Customer Service.</p><p>• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and notify purchasing teams to address material needs.</p><p>• Oversee material releases to external warehouses and coordinate transfers between facilities.</p><p>• Maintain planning screens for new product specifications and manage updates for existing item masters.</p><p>• Schedule and track export orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.</p><p>• Coordinate the use and replacement of parts through production work orders.</p><p>• Undertake special projects related to materials management and consignment inventory as needed.</p><p>• Utilize Excel and Infor systems effectively to streamline supply chain operations.</p>
