The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Process invoices by collecting PODs/receipts, obtaining field approvals, verifying contract compliance and project completion, coding invoices, and routing for final approval and payment.</li><li>Maintain vendor records, including credit status, authorized purchasers, contacts, and required shipping documentation.</li><li>Prepare and manage contract packages, ensure required compliance documents are current, coordinate with consultants, track pre-liens, and prepare and execute change orders.</li><li>Enter and review all construction transactions in the CCR database with Construction staff.</li><li>Track, value, and record construction-related Gifts in Kind and warehouse inventory, and prepare annual inventory and valuation reports for Finance.</li></ul>
