In this role, you will oversee and manage payroll operations for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes. This is a long-term contract position, offering a great opportunity to contribute your expertise in payroll management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including processing, auditing, and reporting.</p><p>• Oversee multi-state payroll functions to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.</p><p>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.</p><p>• Coordinate bi-monthly payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees.</p><p>• Implement and enforce payroll policies to ensure consistency and compliance.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.</p><p>• Handle payroll data for multiple platforms, including UKG Pro and Workday Payroll.</p><p>• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payroll tax filings and other required documentation.</p><p>• Train and mentor payroll staff to enhance performance and efficiency.</p>
