Responsibilities:• Supervise daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Lead and mentor managers overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and established accounting procedures.• Coordinate treasury activities such as cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation.• Manage the monthly financial close process, reviewing reconciliations and preparing supporting documentation.• Prepare internal financial reports and operational metrics to support informed decision-making.• Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants by providing required schedules and documentation.• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, improving efficiency and strengthening controls.• Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments such as IT, Operations, and senior leadership to support organizational goals.• Provide strategic guidance on financial practices and policies to maintain the firm's financial integrity.
