This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, from building backend services and intuitive front-end experiences to connecting key business platforms and improving internal workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Build and support end-to-end web solutions using Python with Flask for server-side development and React.js for modern user interfaces.</p><p>• Architect and refine APIs that enable reliable communication between internal applications and external business platforms, including REST-based services and GraphQL when appropriate.</p><p>• Design database structures, manage data models, and improve query performance within PostgreSQL environments.</p><p>• Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, Power Platform tools, and Azure-based services to streamline business operations.</p><p>• Deliver internal applications that address operational needs such as inventory tracking, order workflows, reporting capabilities, and e-commerce support functions.</p><p>• Partner with teams across operations, sales, finance, and IT to translate business needs into practical, user-focused technical solutions.</p><p>• Investigate application issues, resolve defects, and implement enhancements that improve stability, usability, and performance.</p><p>• Contribute to peer reviews, technical documentation, and shared engineering practices that strengthen collaboration within a small development team.</p><p>• Provide technical assistance on broader company technology efforts when additional engineering support is needed.</p>
