The ideal candidate can work independently, manage sensitive information with care, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Compile and organize financial and case information related to vulnerable adult guardianship matters, including income, assets, expenditures, and trust account activity.</li><li>Prepare court filings, pleadings, and required guardianship reporting documents for submission in advance of scheduled hearings and deadlines.</li><li>Review bank records, trust documentation, and reimbursement details to support accurate accountings and case reporting.</li><li>Coordinate the collection of supporting materials from relevant parties to ensure complete and timely court submissions.</li><li>Assist with multiple active guardianship reporting matters at once while tracking deadlines and prioritizing urgent filings.</li><li>Conduct legal and factual research as needed to support elder law, trusts and estates, and related casework.</li></ul>
